Rx Radio - Red Cross Children's Hospital Radio

Rx Radio is a radio station run by children and for children. It operated from the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. With the help of adult volunteers and staff, patients at this hospital and their friends and siblings receive radio training, design their own radio shows and are in charge of inviting and interviewing guests. Other children in the hospital can also participate in the radio shows through songs requests and giveaways.

RX Radio mission is to provide relief to admitted children while stimulating their skills and creativity through radio training. The station live streams worldwide 24/7 through the internet with a mix of live shows and pre-recorded programmes.
